A legal entity with the seat in the Czech Republic, with the authorization to act as a private university. Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic gave Business School
Ostrava, plc. a state consent to act as a university with the accreditation for the bachelor study programme Economics and management, and for the study branch Entrepreneurship on May 29th, both
for the full-time and part-time study form. In February 2005, the School was also granted the accreditation for the second cycle degree programme Economics and the study branch Entrepreneurship,
both for the full-time and part-time study form.
